Mission
ThunderValleyRacing is an automobile racing management and marketing company created to develop and manage women race car drivers. It seeks out the most promising talent from among the growing ranks of women serious about professional racing. It finds sponsorship that enables these drivers to compete in ever higher levels of racing. It manages the race efforts of these drivers and markets their talents to promote the products and services of sponsoring companies.
Vision
ThunderValleyRacing will become the recognized point of entry for women race car drivers into the mainstream ranks of nationally and internationally known drivers. A multi-faceted promotional program is being created to maximize the intrinsic marketing advantages of women drivers. Talented drivers will seek affiliation with ThunderValleyRacing. Sponsors will seek affiliation with ThunderValleyRacing as its drivers demonstrate their competitive racing abilities.
ThunderValleyRacing will grow to manage the careers of a number of women drivers, each competing in the highest level of racing her talents and experience can command. The initial focus will be on professional open wheel racing, from Barber Dodge, to Toyota Atlantic and Indy Lights and, eventually, to IndyCar racing. NASCAR and other forms of racing will be pursued as driver or sponsor interest dictates.
