First 5 Monterey County, to engage sixteen of the agencies funded by First 5 in a planning process leading to tailored fund development plans for each agency and to provide counsel to First 5 as it determines next steps in support of its funded agencies in this area.

ARIEL Theatrical, Inc., to work with Board and staff, at a Retreat and in committee, to create a fund development plan that will sustain the organization.

The Lambourne Institute, to help launch this new enterprise, build its Board, create a fund development program and develop its first programmatic initiative, the creation of a content-rich Internet community that explores visionary thinking about human potential.

Leadership Monterey Peninsula, to conduct an annual Retreat for Board and key staff, focusing on new directions for LMP and leading to the creation of specific objectives that move the organization in that direction.

The Cornerstone Group on behalf of The Community Foundation for the Monterey Peninsula, to create and conduct an endowment building program that educates and cultivates major endowment gifts and bequests to a variety of arts organizations in Monterey County.

Healthy Eating Lifestyles Principles (HELP), to review the organization’s mission, vision, goals and objectives and to create written pieces to be used in marketing and fundraising initiatives.

The Forest Theater Guild, to plan and conduct a strategic planning  Board and Senior Staff Retreat to clarify Mission, identify Values, create a new Vision, and set short and long-term Goals for the organization in programming, in governance and in resource development.

Girl Scouts of California’s Central Coast, to identify community leaders and, working with staff and Council Board members, recruit them to form three Regional Boards for this newly created high-capacity Girl Scout Council that serves girls from Santa Cruz through Ventura counties.  Also, to create procedures and agendas for the initial Regional Board meetings and Board training sessions.

Girl Scouts of Monterey Bay, to act on an interim basis as the head of the fund development area, to be responsible for, oversee and execute all annual giving programs and to take an active role in preparing the organization for a successful merger with the Girl Scouts council to the south.

The Cornerstone Group, on behalf of the Pacific Repertory Theater, to conduct interviews with volunteer leaders, major donors and other stakeholders as part of a capital campaign feasibility study.

MY Museum, the Children's Museum of Monterey County, to provide consulting and staff coaching during the $3 million Building a Place to Discover capital fund raising campaign that will enable the Museum to move into a major new facility in downtown Monterey.

The Appolonia Foundation (now Community Oral Health Services), to provide consulting and technical assistance in restructuring the organization, reorganizing the senior staff, adopting more effective programs and financial management policies, building strength into the Board to make it an effective policy making, program oversight, and fund raising body, and recruiting and hiring an Executive Director capable of building further on the new Board and staff strengths and organization.

Arts Habitat, to create and execute an annual stakeholder communications and fund raising program to increase awareness and support for this emerging organization; to provide counsel in the Board development and institutional development needs of the organization. This followed our project to develop and execute a Retreat for Board members focusing on Mission, Vision, and Values as the Board determined its most optimum course of action; also to analyze fund raising possibilities and offer a fund raising outline to carry the organization forward.

The Sports Car Racing Association of the Monterey Peninsula, to research and create a national capital fund raising campaign that would have significantly improved the infrastructure of Laguna Seca, one of the world's most storied road racing tracks.

The North Shore Center for the Performing Arts Foundation, to provide ongoing strategic planning and organizational development counsel. This work follows upon our successful project that included an organizational analysis and Board Retreat and created a major evolution in the Foundation's Mission, Vision, and operations.

The Goldman Philanthropic Partnerships, to provide ongoing strategic planning, fund raising, and organizational development counsel. This work follows upon our successful project to launch this new philanthropic venture that supports innovative research into the causes and cures for catastrophic illness.

The Hellenic Museum and Cultural Center, to create and execute a $12 million capital fund raising campaign for the construction of a permanent home for the Museum. This work follows our successful project to establish an annual giving program and membership campaign.

The Community Media Workshop, to design and execute a Board and senior staff Retreat as the first step in an ongoing strategic planning process.

The Lincoln Park Zoo, to research the positioning and prospects for an endowment campaign and to write core documents for the Zoo's first major endowed giving fund raising effort.

The Library Media Project, formerly known as the John D. and Catherine T. MacArthur Foundation Video Project, to create a strategic plan for the new organization, to assist in the building of a Board of Directors and staff structure, and to launch a full range of new projects.

Danforth Development Associates, a Chicago consulting firm, to partner in a strategic planning process for the InterChurch Refugee and Immigration Ministries.

Northlight Theatre, to provide institutional development counsel, including mission clarification, and to conduct a Board retreat. This work grew from our earlier marketing and fund raising audit and resource analysis of their organization.

Terry & Associates, a New York consulting firm, to support their two year community assessment and strategic planning process for the Chicago Symphony Orchestra.

Evanston Township High School Alumni Association, to research and prepare a Charitable Giving Planning Study as the basis for broadening its membership program, establishing an annual giving program, and creating an endowed giving program.

The Hellenic Museum and Cultural Center, to help clarify mission and vision, establish a successful membership marketing strategy, create a multifaceted annual fund raising campaign, and prepare the organization for a capital fund raising campaign.

Thunder Valley Racing, a motorsports racing team that supports and manages women race car drivers.

Foresight Communications, to create Profiles in Progress, the first national journalism competition and awards program for media coverage of breast cancer and related issues.
