The Appolonia Foundation (now Community Oral Health Services), to provide consulting
and technical assistance in restructuring the organization,
reorganizing the senior staff, adopting more effective programs
and financial management policies, building strength into the
Board to make it an effective policy making, program oversight,
and fund raising body, and recruiting and hiring an Executive
Director capable of building further on the new Board and staff
strengths and organization.
Arts Habitat,
to create and execute an annual stakeholder communications and
fund raising program to increase awareness and support for this
emerging organization; to provide counsel in the Board development
and institutional development needs of the organization. This
followed our project to develop and execute a Retreat for Board
